Throughout the 1950s and 60s Italian food was becoming a part of the American diet. Italian immigrants and their ancestors had adapted the "old country" recipes to the ingredients which were plentiful in their new country. These classic Italian American dishes have influenced the way Americans eat and have been embraced nationwide into America's food culture.

COURSE ONE

Salad and Garlic Bread
Fresh Garden Greens with Cucumbers, Grape Tomatoes, Pepperoncinis and Onions topped with our Homemade Italian Vinaigrette Dressing and served with piping hot Garlic Bread

COURSE TWO

Sausage and Peppers
Spicy Italian Sausage simmered in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a touch of Marinara and Sweet Peppers

COURSE THREE

Spaghetti and Meatballs
Spaghetti with Meatballs cooked in our Homemade Marinara Sauce and topped with Shaved Parmesan
